The site is equipped with two Wadkin planers, eight drying kilns, a timber treatment plant capable of processing 50m³ per charge, and the longest timber steaming plant in New Zealand.

The mill site spans approximately 35 acres, providing extensive yard space for timber storage, processing, and distribution, as well as the longest timber-steaming plant in New Zealand. Supporting operations across the site are three staff rooms and four office spaces, including a conference room and reception area, creating a well-equipped environment for both production and administration.

All of our products are independently certified and grade-verified annually by Grade Right, maintaining strict industry standards. In addition, our onsite, full-time verified graders are audited every three months, providing an extra level of assurance that every product leaving our mill meets the quality and performance standards our customers expect.
